Any reason you couldn’t make your outer wall at least 2 perimeters thick? .. So looks like you are the width of your nozzle (0.45?).. If you could make at least .8 you’d likely get one outer perimeter unbroken and then maybe the inner one would ‘stick’. But you’d have to check in the slicer.. You can try the 2 different engines within prusaSlicer (classic, Arachne) to see if they slice that different. I’ve limited experience in settings that might create the nozzle path you want. (Or is this a model you didn’t construct and so can’t change).
