I know, it is not aPrusa
Hi all, Had to bite the bullet and buy a belt printer, I am making hundreds of parts and just losing so much time when a print stops and I am not home, My 1st MK3 has not stopped, only to change fillament of waiting to restart print, have worn out 2 nozzles and burned out a heater, but I have put 6Kg thru from Oct-21 to end Jan 22 (some being stuff like wood, Marble and glow in the dark), Have already pre-ordered XL and contemplating a mini or another MK3
So to my question
Can Prusa slicer work a Crealtiy CR-30 Printmill, does anyone have the setting for it.
Thanks in advence
Allen
RE: I know, it is not aPrusa
Not at the moment no. There is no native support for any belt printers. As yet.
However it is on the list of issues raised over on the official Prusa Slicer github, https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/3006 as a feature request. Your guess is as good as anyone else's if it will be added though.
It is also on the list of items to add support for over on the Super Slicer github. Super Slicer is built upon a foundation of Prusa Slicer so shares many things. Its not identical though so you have to be careful swapping between the 2. Its got a Working On tag on SuSi so its more likely to be added sooner unless Prusa makes a conscious decision to add support for the CR30. https://github.com/supermerill/SuperSlicer/issues/300
