I have no idea what to do here I deleted everything, have not been able to get rid of this message and my Prusa Slicer will not open....

go to the e-shop, log in with your registered acct - and chat with support dude.  They'll get you thru it

Thank you brother I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue before I went that route but your right.

Can you show the whole error message please.

Go to the file listed in the error code and right click on it, select rename. (prusaslicer.ini)

Put an underline _  at the start of the file name (_prusaslicer.ini) try and launch prusa slicer again. It should recreate another ini file, and hopefully fix the error.

Give that a try and let me know what happens.
