How to get ride these line during printing?

Hi!
I using PrusaSlicer for slicing my designs and I'm new in 3D printing.
I made a cup and printed out, but I get this line outside on the outer surface.

Is there any way to eliminate that 100% or maybe there any option to
make a choice on which surface should it be? like on the inner or outer surface etc. ?

Thank you.

This is a seam.  Changing the seam type can help.  For contoured surfaces like this some prefer using "Random"for the seam position. This setting is found in the "Print Settings" tab. Must be in "Advanced" mode to see it.

As Altruego suggested, you can play with the seam settings, just don't hold your breath hoping you can make the Z seam go away. Unless your model can be printed in vase mode, there's a step-up at every layer change, and the net result is the seam. For models with sharp corners, the slicer does a reasonable job "hiding" the Z seam in those corners, but on round surfaces there's just no place to put it.

The seams are pretty much always there, unless as fuchsr mentioned you use Vase mode. However if your willing and able to use PrusaSlicer version 2.4.2 to meet your needs, the seams are very much better, and you also have more control over them. The seams in PrusaSlicer 2.5 and up are simply awful and can't be adjusted in any reasonable way, Prusa dose not seem interested in the problem at all.

Good Luck,
