How can I force prusaslicer to make the perimeter a continuous line?

One way would be to switch to the Classic Perimeter Generator, change your extrusion width for external perimeters to 0.35, and you perimeters to 0.44 and Top solid fill 0.45.
Then turn off "Detect thin walls:" readjust your seams and set "Top fill pattern:" to Concentric.
I would also advise using support under the two detents at the base of the model.
At least that's how I would do it for one of my Prusa machines.
