What are you trying to do?  I am not sure I understand.  An image might help.

RE: Help for Gcode between object

Normally inserting gcode from within Prusa Slicer is done using the preview layer slider and using the little plus icon on the slider.  However that function is not available when sequential printing is selected.

As such the only option you have is to manually edit your output gcode file.  Save it from PS and then open with any text editor.  Something like Notepad++ is good.  If you turn on the option to label objects PS will insert a description for when it changes to the next object in the gcode.

This makes finding the changeover point in the gcode list easier.  You can then manually insert the extra gcode commands at that point, save and send to the printer as normal.

@jordao

This is a tryout, DO NOT USE IT, unless one of the druids on the forum confirm it is correct 😀
And if it´s not correct, what is wrong.

My idea is two extruder with two different filament profiles

If anyone still needs a solution for this, I just found a solution today and upload it to Github. As I couldn't find it anywhere else. You can follow this guide on: https://github.com/magicdroping/How-to-PrusaSlicer-Sequential-printing-with-different-profiles/issues/1
