Print bed not heating up

For some reason my print bed isn't heating up. I have it set in the slicer to 65 degrees but when i start the print it just says the heat goal for the bed is zero and the temp is zero.

You need to supply more information than this: printer model, firmware version, PrusaSlicer version (if used), etc:

it started working but the bed won't heat up. I have the settings for 65 degree bed on a Ender 3 Pro. It says the heat goal is 0 degrees and the temp is 0 degrees.

prusaslicer V2.5.0

RE:

Please bare in mind this is a Prusa Research Company forum for their range of printers (https://www.prusa3d.co m" href="https://www.prusa3d.com" rel="noreferrer"> https://www.prusa3d.com /) so it might be better if you find a Crealty Ender forum.  PrusaSlicer has profiles for other makes of printer but most of us only have Original Prusa Printers.

EDIT

Have you tried asking for help here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ender3/

RE:

Pickle please go into Prusa Slicer, use file>Save project as and save one of your problem slices.  Then take that project file (3mf) and ZIP it up.  The attach the zip file here.  It MUST be zipped or the forum wont accept the file.  It will just silently and with no warning just not attach it.

A PS 3mf file is a snapshot, it will contain ALL the settings you are using as well as the model.  With it we can look for what may be wrong.  its probably something really basic but without a project file we just cant know.
