Force Organic Supports to Only Attach to Part Instead of Build Plate (Speaker Enclosure)

Hello Slicer Fans!

I have a weird request. Is there a way to get tree supports to only attach to the part itself instead of the build plate? I want to print a subwoofer speaker enclosure and utilize the organic support feature as part of the enclosure itself giving structural rigidity to minimize resonance. BUT with the default settings the tree attaches itself to the print bed like below. Is there a way to attach the base of the organic supports to only the the inside of the print so it becomes part of the print itself?

No.  If support is not attached at the bottom it will fall over long before it attaches at the top.

What you might do is to close the bottom of the void with a single, sacrificial layer on which the supports can attach and then cut it away post printing.

Cheerio,
