Flip origin

Hi

I already posted this on reddit (screenshots also there) but I only got the reply that this is not possible which I can't believe. I want to flip the origin in PrusaSlicer. I know how I can change the position of the origin but what I want to do is change the direction in which the x-axis points because with my current printer and configuration everything is printed mirrored.

How can I do that?

RE: Flip origin

Don;t think it's possible without modifying the code base.

RE: Flip origin

@joantabb No because then I would have to mirror every part that I want to print just to make it print correctly. I already see that I will forget that half of the times 😀

RE: Flip origin

That's because its the sort of function that is usually done on the printers firmware.

The only place to set it in PS is under Printer Settings>General>Size and Coordinates>Bed Shape.  Then click the button and fill in the origin location to match your printer.  If that isn't doing what you want then your firmware is the only option remaining.
