First point of contact after filament change ?
I printed this part adding filament changes in the slicer (see picture below)
The slicer generated all the necessary pauses, but it made the first contact with the part after the filament change in a place where it shouldn't have (the pink dot inside the eye)...
Is this behavior normal, is there something I could have done in the slicer to avoid this problem or is this a bug that I should report ?

Totally normal. The extruder goes back to the last place it was after filament change. There are many existing threads about this on the forum. Some think it is a bug and other don't. The usual thing is not to remove the initial filament purge but to hold it with tweezers so that when it does a second to prime the nozzle and moves to the position it comes away at that point and not onto the model.
It's already been reported as such on the proper place for bug issues which is the Prusa Slicer github repository, the specific issue is https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/4432

Thank you, i will follow on GitHub !!!

Check out some of those existing threads for ideas. They include putting a piece of aluminum foil on the model, making the color change a layer later than needed, printing a tiny extra part that acts as the touchdown point (which is what I usually do), and others.
