Custom G-code: Current Position Placeholders
Greetings all,
I have been building a Multi-Extruder Single Hotend solution for my printer. I have it working by using a switch placed at Y-max, but now I need to figure out the g-code. Sadly my firmware doesn't support G60/61 (Save/return position). Before I got trying to rebuild the firmware, I am curious if there are custom G-code placeholders in PrusaSlicer for current position? My hope would be to switch to absolute mode, move to Y max, and the return to position_placeholder

What about using G92 to create a second "Home" to goto ? (PS. I do not completely understand what your what to achieve, so I am a but guessing 😉

I was trying to avoid rebuilding my firmware, I removed that constraint and it all fell into place. In recompiling, I enabled saved positions and debug pins. The board I'm using is the Creality 4.2.7, which has two available pins on a unsoldered 4pin header.
