Sorry Everyone, I just figured it out.
FYI for anyone with the same question:
1) In the Printer Settings Tab select the Cog at the top and Add Physical Printer
2) For the Neptune 4 Max, change Octoprint to Klipper
3) Enter the IP address of the printer
4) A Send G-Code button will appear in the Plater view next to the Export G-code button after you slice the model.
5) Click the button and select Upload or Upload and Print

Yes, if you send data (gcode) to a print server (Octoprint or similar) which is connected to the printer (e.g. MK3) via USB.
