Can parts be printed with different infill patterns?
I'm printing a multi-part object with zero top and bottom layers so that the infill pattern is a subtile design element. Is there a way to tell PS to use a different infill pattern for each part?
I'm assuming not, but I thought I'd check here.

Yes. You can do it in the tree by right clicking and then add modifiers.
