Artifacts in layer when print multi color. Slicer Bug?

I am making a multi color box and with lid using 5 different colors.  The pattern is 2 45's from each side of the box, several about 10mm thick, in a "V" shape.  I got it all colored, sliced it and noticed that it wasn't flat on the build plate.  I flattened it and re-sliced it.  Now I am getting 1 thick (high) layer lines from extruder 1 all over the place on the face of the box.  I back it up so its not flat on the build plate again and slice it.  Artifacts are gone.  Flat it again and they are back.  Slicer bug?

First picture is before laying flat.  Second is after lay flat and 3rd is what the artifact looks like.

Is there a fix, or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you in advance.

People are going to need your prusa slicer project to examine to give any sort of meaningful response.  File>Save project as and then take the 3mf file produced, ZIP it up and attach the zip file to a reply here.

As a matter of fact there are some of these artifacts even before putting the box flat on the printbed, is this the first version of the project after painting or did you already move the box?

Looks like a bug in the multimaterial painting caused by the very small angular changes when repositioning the box flat on the surface.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
