All 3mf. files corrupted after upgrading from 2.7.3 to 2.7.4
Hello everyone,
is there any way to recover these files or are they gone forever? There was an important file containing the sliced up pieces of a cosplay helmet which I do not want to entirely reprint.

Define corrupted? In what fashion ?
I suspect you will have to attach them for examination to get any meaningful answers. If attaching then do t forget to zip them up or the forum will just silently drop them.

Corrupted meaning nothing can open them anymore.
Unfortunately it's not letting me upload the .zip with the file.

I believe you have to have above a minimum number of posts to attach things. I think its around 5. So lets reply back and forth for a bit 🙂

It's not even a restriction, it just throws up an error. So I uploaded the .3mf file to Google Drive.

If you haven't yet. Run prusa-slicer from the command line. It might be outputting errors there. Post here any output you get here and we'll take a look at it. Also what OS/version are you running this on?

A 3mf file is a type of zip file anyway (but the forum still wont let you upload without it being a zip ending). Probably the file size exceeds a limit as it is 109mb.
I downloaded the file and even a normal zip utility such as 7zip is flagging up 2 errors. Unexpected End of Data and then Data Error :3D\3dmodel.model. It will extract and I can see the thumbnail but there is zero prusa slicer data. Normally there are all the settings that PS uses and another file that lists all the model ID's etc and their data saved within a Prusa Slicer project file. This has none of that. Just the thumbnail.
Windows 3d builder is having no joy either.
I think the file is a write off.

Did you get any solutions to this? PS did the same to a project I had ongoing, no backups, nothing. It screwed me up real good
