Core One with INDX width

Hello, I'm going to buy a prusa core one to train myself in 3D printing in the medical models section and later I would like to add the 8-color INDX system, the question is with the dry box uss, what would be the total width with 8 units on the sides?

best regards

It will be 4 spools on each side. Or you can try a solution such as INBXX and stack vertically.

Note, you can go through the process except the actual printing by downloading the slicer. Just pretend you own e.g. an XL, run the slicer, watch the simulated toolhead, and stop where the file gets uploaded for the printer. It is very educative (but doesn't help at all with spool placement questions so I guess I missed the point 🙂 )

Thank you both very much, I didn't know that storage system for the INDX, thank you.

On the other hand, I am already practicing and learning to segment tissues and pass the result to the laminator, but I already need the printer to practice with the realization of the models and test materials.

by no means talk yourself out of buying more 3d printers... it's good for you and the economy 🙂

But seriously, INDX isn't out yet and it will need time to mature. Spool placement is the least of your worries. I can only reiterate, get what you can from the software for free. No clogged nozzles...
