Weird one with adhesion/warping

So I thought I had all the adhesion/warping common issues nailed down, but this one has me stumped.

Bit of background, this is for a customer so I cant really post any pics of the part or link to the model.
Anyway its a set of brackets, that come in sets of 3, all 3 brackets are identical, quite small (around 30mm cube by volume)

If I print one set of three, I get no adhesion or warping problems.

If I start trying to load the bed up with multiple sets, which will save me an absolute tonne of time and intervention, I start getting warping in the exposed corners.

Now the only real difference here between 1 set and multiple sets, is the time the print takes to complete...but I'm struggling to see a solution to this besides printing them as individual sets which is a royal pita.

Im using a Matte PLA, which looks amazing, I've even tried with adhesives on the bed, but the same problem remains.

My main question is : Why would one set show no issues, yet multiple sets do?
Any suggestions?

My guess would be that the layer time is too long with multiple sets and the filament cools down too much until the next layer is put on top. You could try to increment the number of sets until the problem appears.

Hmmmm, thats definitely something worth considering, thanks.
I know that even with 3 sets I get the warping, ideally I'd like closer to 9/10

This behavior could also be filament brand/type/color specific. I have printed models that did not warp with one filament brand or color but would need reinforcement with 3dlac for another.

Yeah this is definitely in my thinking also.
The main dilemma is this filament (Overture Matte PLA) looks amazing, I've printed the same part in PETG and no adhesion/warping issues whatsoever.

It's really not a particularly challenging part to print, not ideal but by no means the worst.

What infill are you using? Try using 8-10% gyroid and increase the number of perimeters to 3-4.

Im on 15% gyroid with 3 perims (I always use 3 so I can use inner-outer-inner wall order) ...I'll try dropping the infill.

PLA likes it cool, doesn't it? Maybe the corners aren't ventilated sufficiently.

I can only guess, but the first thing I'd try is to remove side panels and use my electric room heater as fan for additional airflow. And crank up the print fan and chamber fans to 100 % as noise doesn't matter.

Wouldn't that just encourage warping/shrinkage?

Yes, that may well be. Balancing two evils - uneven chamber temperature vs. too fast cooling.

But at least taking side panels off seems like a safe bet, in line with the recommendation to open the door and ceiling exhaust.

Yep, try that first. Also, try increasing the wall count as well, maybe start with 4 and move upward if needed and perimeter cooling. Finally, can also try reducing "Maximum length of the infill anchor"
