Print layer issues with MMU

Hello, I am having issues every now again with prints not extruding part of layer. It doesn't happen all of the time and not always in the same spot on each print. I started to have this issue after installing the MMU. I tried searching for this issue but came up short.

The part below was sliced in Prusa Slicer 2.9 using the Prusa CORE One MMU3 HF0.4 nozzle stock printer profile. It was printed as .25mm with 40% infill. I used the stock Prusament PLA profile and used Prusament Galaxy Black PLA from a 2KG spool.

I have had this issue with other filaments and other parts. I can also print the same part twice and it not be a problem. Thank you in advance for your help.

RE: Print layer issues with MMU

This looks like layer adhesion to me, but I am still learning. Although I think it will probably be a pain to try, as the part looks quite large/ long print, do the parts break easily along those sections? I had a similar issue with some Prusament galaxy black, but I dried it and slowed it slightly and it went away.

Good luck and hopefully someone with more knowledge will be able to advise soon.
