Having issues printing with PETG

Hello all. I'm very happy with my C1+ but printing PETG is still a challenge. This is what I get trying to print a model from Printables, a monitor shelf stand that I scaled up to 120%, with filament at 15% RH straight from a dryer. I used the generic PETG profile and 0.20 balanced profile, only tweak was upping the infill rate.

This nozzle (0.4 HF) is now roughly 2 years old, can that be the issue? Also, I've noticed movement is a bit jerkier on the latest firmware, should I rollback to try an older version? Any help appreciated, thanks for your time.

Which version are you currently using? 6.5.3?

Next question: Which brand of filament do you use when you have to settle for generic filament?

Mods for Core One: Core One HT 450 degrees, Comfortable display , Very fast print start and Reducing noises
Mods for Prusa XL: Very fast print start

I'm on the latest, 6.5.3 I believe (got it off Github a week or so ago). And I'm using Buddy3D PETG I got on clearance from Prusa's shop.

But there is profiles already created for Buddy filament that is in Prusa Slicer.
If you go to configure - configure wizard - filament, and then look for buddy, you should see it there and you can add them.
