First Layer Weirdness

This problem just started yesterday.

I noticed the first layer wasn’t sticking to the sheet and the nozzle appeared too high.  So I did a Z alignment and that didn’t help, but then I did a Live Z and got it perfect.

Fixed right?  No.

Now when printing the first layer, everything prints perfectly except the outlines to the print.  These one line outlines barely touch the sheet and slide off base which create tangles and print failures later.

What would cause this?  Why would everything but the outlines print perfectly on the first layer? It must be a g-code thing, but I’m at a loss .

Best if you attach images. Need more information. Which filament type and brand. What type of build plate are you using? What type of nozzle. How are you cleaning the build plate?

No pictures, sorry.

Problem with all Prusa materials (PC Blend, PETG).  0.6 steel nozzle.  Bed cleaned, sheet cleaned, nozzle cleaned.  Steel Satin sheet.  Did calibrations.  Did Live Z.  Again, it’s only the outlines of the first layer that are not being properly adhered.  The parallel lines within the outlines are perfect.  I’ve never seen this before.

How are you cleaning the sheet? Do you have another sheet you can try? So it's doing this for all filament types? Is the bed heating up to the correct temperature? Hard to help without a photo. My advice at this point would be to contact Prusa support.

More info: the problem only occurs with painted-on supports.

It's really hard to help without: a. photos, b. attaching the zipped 3mf project file. Is the reason you can't because the model is proprietary? Otherwise, don't know how to help and you should contact support.
