Core One Bed Adhesion - Corners Warp Up

Hi,

Need some help - I struggle to print anything larger than about 100x100 without the corners warping off the print bed - see pics example.

I get this in PLA, PETG, ASA, PC.  I used to get it with the MK4s - then upgraded to Core One and it still happens.

I've tried Brim of various types, slightly changing the print bed temp (5 deg higher).

It seems to get worse with higher fill-rates.

Any suggestions really appreciated.

Try more perimeters (4-5) and a 10-12% gyroid infill. Also, how are you cleaning the build plate?

Increasing infill will only make it worse by increasing internal stress as it's cooling.

Please save your project, ZIP the .3MF file and attach it here.

Thorough cleaning of the build sheet may be enough - look up threads here on the subject.

Try 'Mickey Mouse Ears'  -  helper_discs in Prusa's gallery, at the corners along with brim.

Avoid grid infill - gyroid should be OK but slow, cubic is often enough at relatively low densities.

Cheerio,
