RE: CORE One and soft TPU
I can't print Varioshore on Prusa Core One. I printed it without problems on MK3s with maximum volumetric speeds of 4 and 5. On Core One I can't print more than first layer because the filament jams in the extruder. I print without problems PolyFlex™ TPU95-HF with MVS between 5-6 (no nozzle cleaning error)
RE: CORE One and soft TPU
What exactly means "at the end" ? I assume you don't wait for the message "nozzle cleaning error" to appear, isn't it? Thanks!
Exactly, before the error appears.
RE: CORE One and soft TPU
I finally managed it to insert TPU (Forward AM Ultrafuse from Prusa) and print a little bit.
I had to disconnect the PTFE from the extruder and manually feed the filament through the sensor.
For this I have first changed the top cover with this tool - I can really recommend it: https://www.printables.com/model/1226383-prusa-core-one-magnetic-top-cover-with-integrated
But when I print something more than a filament sample, after maybe 20 minutes or so the printer stops and asks for filament change. It then is not able to feed the filament through the whole extruder block. - I think that might also be because of the long way from the (Polymaker) dry box through the PTFE and into the extruder.
My next try will be to let the top cover open and somehow place the dry box that it can direclty feed to the extruder ... maybe that helps ...
RE: CORE One and soft TPU
Yeah i had issues when trying varioshore last night. It was great and painless with my mini. I'll be printing a modded piece in the extruder gear housing that adds a thing piece covering the place where the filament can escape to and jam. Hopefully it works.

I changed the nozzle to a 0.4 standard brass and now I can print Varioshore without problems till MVS of 6
RE: CORE One and soft TPU
Totally agree, varioshore is very hard to print. I managed to pass the filament sensor, but was not able to feed the extruder. So I disconnected the tube and inserted the filament manually. And then I got a Nozzle cleaning error but decreased temperature to 200C and the nozzle cleaning passed successfully, then increased the nozzle temperature during point probing to 220C. Placed two object on a sheet and got so many artefact, so more likely will reprint them separately.
