x-axis belt riding on pulley

Posting this to see if anyone is experiencing this problem. It looks like some kind of misalignment. It seems like the belt is being worn down. Hope someone has a simple fix, although I'm guessing I'll need to be disassembling the printer.

Could you provide more detail like photos of how the belts are routed? Also, check that the X and Y axis motor pulleys are correctly set and oriented as here: Installing the X-axis pulley

I chatted with support and it looks like I installed the x-axis timing pulley wrong.  🙁  Apparently I installed it upside-down. The x-belt is toast. They're sending me a replacement.
