Swing arm squeaking
Hi
Few hundred hours in and that swivel started making squeaking noise. Put a spot teflon lubricant which sure helped. Is there ideas to upgrade the swivel point like longer shaft so can add nylon washers and maybe support sleeve in the middle?

None that I'm aware of. As long as you can reach it to lubricate on occasion, can't really think of a reason to change it. The purpose of it is to keep the umbilical out of the way of the heat bead and x-motor. A different solution would be to use a plastic cable chain.
I've had to lubricate the door hinges and I occasionally clean the rods of excess debris caught on the bearing sleeves and the z axis screws.

Thanks. I will add this to maintenance routine as very easy to reach.
