CoreOne printing head home position

Can’t find anything about this issue: when starting a print, the printhead just keeps bumping over and over.

Belts are already tensioned. Firmware not yet updated.

Any ideas what could fix this? Thanks a lot!

Is your printer a kit or pre-assembled? Generally the constant head banging can be caused by loose belts, the gantry not being square due to one of the angle brackets not being 90 degrees or uneven belt tension which is bending the gantry. I would first start by confirming the belt tension. Also, rerun the X, Y & Z calibration and see if it still passes or not. After confirming the above, if you still have issues it's best to contact Prusa support over chat.
