Core One + Print Fails (Bed adhesion? Nozzle positioning?)
Hi!
Last black Friday sale I purchased a core one + printer (pre-assembled), and since then and now I probably wasted an entire roll of filament on misprints.
I made sure to degrease the print sheet with water and soap regularly, and clean after every print with IPA. I had the same failures with PLA and PETG alike (Prusament and other, but I mostly use Prusament), .4 and .6 nozzles.
Calibration passed, nozzles were swapped with the nozzle + sock tool and I think I am doing maintenance in the correct way. I'm on the verge of asking to ship it back under warranty since I wasted so much filament, time and patience on trying to figure out what isnt going as it should.
Printing seems hit or miss, even with a brim for extra bed adhesion. Smaller objects succeed more often than big ones.
I assume that it's not normal to have a high failure rate (where around 40% of what I print fails).
Any and all advice, tips and tricks are more than welcome.
Thanks in advance,
Cheers,
Käy
