Core One Power Panic recovery and how to verify enabled

Hi. I have a new Core One Assembled printer (firmware 6.3.2).  I had an 8hr print job running and there was a freak (very rare) power outage in my neighborhood when my printer was at ~90% completion.  Power was off in my neighborhood for 4hrs during utility repair.  When power returned, I went back to my printer and found it on, print head stationary, and the GLCD displaying the standard home screen.  No prompt option for me to acknowledge if want to recover from power outage and resume the print job.  The print looked great, no issue with the bed adhesion, so really bummed I could not resume.

I thought the Core One has Power Panic on the PSU and it should automagically provide an option to resume on power failure.  I did not observe any Power Recovery setting options in the GLCD Settings submenus to confirm it I needed to enable this feature.   I'll scrap 250g of Prusament PETG and start over, but I'd appreciate it if someone can verify if Power Panic recovery option should have occurred, and if not what I can check to verify that it is enabled for use if a future power outage occurs.

Thanks
