I feel sorry for you! But I am very sure your order gets shipped very soon or already has been shipped. If I was no Registers DHL customer I did not know about the shipping before today.
BTW my third package also showed up in Prague while the other packages are already in Nuernberg, Germany.
RE:
Yep, it's more a matter of my own impatience ;).
Just a small edit : Just after typing this post I just get an email from FedEX

RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
by now FedEx got hold of the last two packages in the afternoon.
Delivery expected late on the 25th for the last ones. Let's see how my work meetings align for the 26th. 😜
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Has everyone placed an order for the kit separate from additional accessories, or based on experience has placing everything together not held up the shipment as the kit is the slowest part? I'm thinking camera, print sheets, GPIO module and nozzles.
Thanks
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Back in the day, I ordered the MK3, then the MK4, and now I’ve ordered the Core One. Prusa has always, always, always failed to deliver orders on time. They can write blog posts about how hard they’re working and how they’re hiring more staff, but it’s unlikely to reflect the reality. At the core of the issue is the classic European carelessness and an economically unsound strategy of working to buffer. An order comes in — and only then do they start fulfilling it, while customers are left waiting. That’s their way of doing business.
If Chinese competitors ever realize that more than half of customers actually want to buy DIY kits(hello Bamboo), and if they work on print profiles and support local printing ecosystems, then Prusa will be bankrupt within six months with this kind of business approach.
For now, if it says 3–4 weeks, you can safely double that and wait. Though expecting people to wait since February is beyond any reasonable justification.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Has everyone placed an order for the kit separate from additional accessories,
That's what the experienced people did. Two separate orders.
In my case it delayed things probably by 3-4 weeks because I had everything in one. Others were far less lucky who ordered much earlier and ended up being stalled until June.
By now placing an order that contains multiple things should be reasonably safe as they are catching up on their backlog of things.
Though I'd keep an eye on the indicated lead times. The longest one will determine delivery.

I ordered my C1 with a nozzle, GPIO, satin sheet, accelerometer and some other smaller add ons. No camera or filtration set because Prusa told (to a certain moment) not to order with the printer because it might cause a major delay. I also added and deleted some pieces and changed the shipping from DPD to DHL.
I later double checked with the support that everything was on stock and the order was okay.
The estimate shipping was accurate in my case. Up to twelve weeks.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I have ordered a core-one kit with a bunch of accessories ( filter, camera etc) 4 months ago, and I was on batch 7 which was promised to start delivering at 19th of May. One month later and the shipping date continues to postpone daily.
I tried to contacted the support team and asked them when will I get my order, and they told me to look for the expected shipping date as it’s the most accurate way. Then, I told them that it keeps changing for a month now, but they reply that the expected delivery date is the most accurate way.
I don’t know if an AI agent is answering my inquiries or not but I’m very disappointed by the situation and how they are handling it. Also, I don’t want to cancel the order and reorder the printer separately from the accessories as it will add more lead time than already had.

@hani-alrumayh, in theory you could edit your existing order and remove the accessories (particularly the camera and filtration system are known to delay orders).
You could then make a new order, for those same accessories, using the credit you get from removing the above from your existing order and then only pay for an additional shipping for the new order.
This should allow you to get you printer kit shipped ASAP, at least.
Again, this is all in theory, but some people have apparently been lucky with that.
Personally, I find your case another empirical example of why I've cancelled my orders already.
I've got nothing to gain or loose here, just trying to be helpful.
Best of luck.

Hello, my order from February 7 (kit + filter + camera) changed from new to in progress just this morning. I suspect the same thing will happen to you soon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I’d agree, seems prusa made a mess of orders that have multiple items with long leads. There’s a number of people on this forum noting when they removed the camera and filter from their order, the printer shipped soon after. It does end up putting you at the back of the queue for those add ons though. Having cancelled items on my orders through the web portal, I can say it’s very straight forward and you’ll receive a refund within a little over a week from my experience. I also had to go through prusa’s return process for some accessories and it is very smooth also. Collected at my door.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List

I agree that it's infuriating, on the plus side it looks like things are finally on the move.
You have the misfortune of having both "problematic" items in your order and that's probably set you back this far.
Based on all the bits of information from this thread my current understanding is along the lines of:
- If you had camera or filtration or both – the batch estimate was plain fiction as it was based on just the printer
- Around end of May they seem to have figured out they had multiple problems
- Their estimate/batch system being not fit for the job
- Their camera supply chain breaking down (they at least got one bad batch and generally things were late)
- The filtration unit stuff also being late
- a bit later also some supply chain problem with the printer itself
- They made the decision to switch to a frequently updated, data driven estimate system and put everyone with camera or filtration in at least one separate queue from regular kits
- While the estimate tends to be very noisy – Microsoft® Minutes™ comes to mind – it actually seems to be grounded in real data from their production and delivery
- This is likely a trade-off of using data directly without 'smoothing' and leading to any variation or slowness to change estimates into the future
- It seems the system is tuned a bit over-optimistic and keeps having to 'readjust' by moving into the future
My personal recommendation would be to adjust expectations to something akin to a classic Microsoft filetransfer or any classic installation progress bar:
It's not going to be very accurate a lot of the time, will jump around, but will close in and after a final delay at 99% things suddenly happen.
I don’t know if an AI agent is answering my inquiries or not but I’m very disappointed by the situation and how they are handling it.
Doesn't seem like AI to me what I got from the support agents, but no contest that in general the communication from the company could be a lot better and could help people to adjust their expectations and lead to less disappointment. That type of communications would need to come from their upper levels though. Agents have the annoying situation where they are told how to do their work and expected to make customers happy…
That said, it's a complex decision to make how to communicate with your customers, as everything will also have some downsides from the company perspective.
Do I think they make the right decisions, no, I think there's certainly room for improvement.

FWIW I appreciate everyone's advice. I've ordered my accessories now, and I'll be ordering the printer kit in a month or so. cheers

Thanks everyone for your input and suggestions. Your case is giving me a hope, thank you for your kind words.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
Yet again another push back, just as my new shipping window was to start ( my first window would have had my printer here last week). First printer, and honestly thinking the whole prusa open source/ modders hype is likely not worth it. People would be a lot less perturbed about this stuff if they didn’t take a deposit equal to full payment, that’s not a deposit, that’s called purchasing.
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I read the update just now on the shipping page, https://help.prusa3d.com/article/shipping-information_2297 . Something doesn't add up, Prusa reckon they will beat the 3-4 week estimate for most orders yet they the date for my kit has moved out another week further out today. I ordered late compared to a lot of people here (11th of April, just the kit no extras) but the estimate has just continually slipped.
The link suggests that if I ordered today I could expect a core one kit to ship in three to five weeks (taking into account that some orders may take a week longer), yet they can't fulfill old orders placed months ago? This is my 4th Prusa but its the first order I'm considering cancelling.

Ordered the exact same date. My estimate has been pretty solid the last 2 weeks, and while it’s moved a lot it’s never gone to July before… until today. Also a bit demotivated
RE: The Core One Kit Waiting List
I think I'm drawing my line at the end of this estimate, if it slips past the 3rd of July I'm cancelling then I may order one when they are in stock ready to ship.
