Don’t want to burst your bubble, but my add-on order with mmu is “in progress” for more than 14 days. At least it is not drifting +1 day per day 🙂 and has stable status

Thats interesting. Did you contact the support about this? Maybe there is there is a hickup in the system or "that one add on" that blocks the further process without knowing?

When I ordered the kit on May 22 the estimated lead time was 2 to 3 weeks (it's 3 to 4 weeka at this moment). Does that mean that was completely inaccurate? I mean - Do I have to wait to somewhere October until my kit gets delivered?
I am a patient guy, but I had not expected to have a wait time of more than three months (or even more). If that's the case I am not sure if want to go through with this. I mean - That's a really long wait time...
Add to that the problems mentioned here on this forum with the Core One, I really start to wonder if I make the right decision to order this printer...

Id have assumed the earlier impacted batches which had the camera and filter included would have been prioritized by now considering Prusa are shipping the standalone orders. Might be worth checking to make sure something hasn't gone wrong.

I contacted support again at the beginning of this week and was told that it would be shipped by the end of the week. I was also told the same thing over the previous two weeks, that it would be shipped by the end of each week, but then it kept getting delayed. But all good things come in threes, and I hope it ships this week.

Mine too! Mine was a 31 Jan. order with camera and filtration plus other things. The expected shipping range also slipped another day to the 21st 🤷🏼

Prusa acknowledged an error a couple weeks back that earlier orders (Jan/Feb/March) which included the Buddycam and/or the advanced filtration kit had essentially been overlooked due to the extended delays in those add-ons. They noted that they were working on that backlog, which I guess resulted in other later orders getting pushed out from the initial estimates. It is a bit upsetting that that backlog still hasn't been addressed though. I'd be surprised if you're waiting until October but I'd say you won't see it until at least mid/late-July based on some of the estimates people have been putting in this thread versus their order time... sorry. Do you have an estimated shipping date assigned?

I have an estimated shipping date (between 8-7 and 14-7), but that one goes up every day. Tomorrow it will probably be between 9-7 and 15-7 (or even later). So I have no idea where I will end up. The order status is still NEW, so that's all I have for now. I guess they will have to get out that backlog first...

I just checked the order page and the shipping estimate had shifted by a day into the future… as it does (16-22nd).
Literally a minute later I noticed an email notification for the Prusa folder of my inbox. It has shipped! 4 tracking numbers! (Yeah, I had too much stuff in my order, it's my first Prusa rodeo, mmmkay?). Status is now also shipped on the order page. FedEx says shipping label was created 2025-06-18T13:48z.
Good that I have some days off planned for next week! 😆

Hmmm… My status still has not changed and DHL still has my packages in Prague. No Mail from Prusa.

Short Update on this. I had a short chat with the support and they sincered that the status will change this day.
One package got sent from another (???) place in Prague so the shipping may be a bit confusing on the DHL side. Funny enough DHL right now does not have information about the status of the third and not processed package ID. Guess I might have another chat later this day …

In my case FedEx got one box yesterday evening and one today in the morning. Yesterday's box is already in Germany.
It looks like they are pumping out a lot of packages and in my case I wouldn't be surprised if some of it was already packed and stored a while ago and now got labeled and queued for pickup.
It's quite possible that a shipment containing multiple boxes gets picked up in multiple steps. The only thing that ties them virtually together is that it's one business transaction and same destination.
I guess I'll have the complete delivery by mid/late next week and delivered across 2-3 days.

I finally got my shipping mail and it seems that everything is fine and on its way. I still miss that third package ID but I trust in DHL and hope that IF it got missing it is NOT MY CORE ONE!!! 😅
