RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
may I very respectfully suggest we move the discussion on how prusa is supposed to run their production pipeline to a dedicated topic and return this thread to simply list who/when ordered and who/when they get their upgrade kits?
RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
You're absolutely right, and I apologize once again for the off-topic. Getting back on topic and contributing to the discussion: I ordered the upgrade kit on 31/01 , and for now the status is 'TBA'.

RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
I also ordered the conversion kit on 31/01 together with the Buddy3D Camera.
I recently added the accelerometer and the GPIO Hackerboard to the order as well, I hope this won’t delay the shipment.
I’m impatiently checking the order status every day (multiple times 🤣), along with the blog, this forum, and every Prusa page or social account that might have info about the shipment.
Currently, as many of you mentioned, the shipment date is: TBA.
RE:
I did order my upgrade kit on February 7th (w/ camera and filtration) and, not surprisingly, I have TBA as well.

Mine both say the same thing. That is both the order from 31 January AND 1 February. I am unsure if this a change. I am going to have a busy May. I also ordered a Batch 7 Kit.

RE:
To be honest, I don't mind getting the upgrade kit later if this means getting rid of all the plate alignement, binding screws, belt tension, firmware, and vfa issues by the time we get our kits.
RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
My February 3 order of the Buddy 3D Camera and upgrade kit is scheduled for shipping May 24. I just asked on the chat and I asked if the camera was holding things up.
The answer “the camera is no longer holding things up”. Interpret that as you will.
RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
I placed 2 orders on 1/31. The first for the upgrade kit, the second for the filter and camera (and stuff). The kit is showing TBA but the 2nd order is showing a target of May 7-13.
RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
I placed my upgrade kit order 31, January. Due to website issues, I was not able to get a submitted order in until about two hours, fifteen minutes beyond when the orders went live. Does anyone care to venture a guess as to what batch I might be in? (For clarity, this is more of a guessing game for fun, not me really asking which batch I'll be in...) 😀
RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
Keep in mind that changes to your order will recalculate shipping costs (at least here in the US, but possibly elsewhere). I swapped the originally ordered standard satin sheet for the (recently released) core one satin sheet and the FedEx cost went up by a little more than $5. I was bummed because all I did was swap like for like product. But honestly I wasn't surprised considering the mess created by this tariff fiasco. Just keep in mind that adding a $30 part might be like adding a $35 part if your shipping costs are adjusted at the same time. There's no way to know what direction or by how much it will change, with no way to revert.

In my case, adding the two boards (accelerometer and GPIO) did not change the shipping costs. Note that I live in the EU (Spain), so that might be one of the factors that prevented a change, but who knows...

I also had to delay my order because the website wasn’t responding. I managed to place it exactly at 21:48 CEST on January 31st.
If we’re lucky, we’ll be in the first batch. If I remember correctly, the Core One kit was also released that same day, so hopefully the delay was partly due to people buying the Core One kit.
Anyway, we’ll just have to wait until a date is announced.
😊

Wasn’t the 31st the first day of orders?

RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
I ordered mine 3th of February. It then stated that delivery would start beginning of April. I have some experience with Prusa upgrade kids (and black friday deals) and they are always a bit optimistic, so I think it probably will be a month later than initially indicated. I live in the Netherlands so shipping won't add a lot of extra time. My guesstimate is it will arrive mid May. I have a MMU3 ,so I probably will wait with the conversion until it is clear what configuration the Nextruder needs for that. (Its not clear to me if the CORE One is already compatible out of the box, or if needs a conversion of the filament sensor like with the mk4s)
RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
Another unforced error by Prusa. It costs nothing to tell people when they order what batch they are in, clearly and immediately, so the shipping schedule page means something. I ordered on February 8 but have no idea what batch I'm in. I've looked through the emails and followed the links, but so far to no effect.

Ordered on the 31st Jan @ 18:34
RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
It was indeed. The forum wasn't letting me reply yesterday for some reason. I guess the implication of my question was how far back does that 2ish hours set me in line? It wasn't a serious question, just engaging in discussion.

Placed order on Friday, January 31, 2025, 4:23:15 PM GMT. I have modified my order since and have had a pending credit for a few weeks. That credit was processed today.

RE: MK4S to Prusa CORE One Conversion kit Waiting list
Ordered on the 18th of April. I have two MK3S+ and was going to upgrade to MK4S and buy enclosures then I realized going from there to Core One was only 200 bucks more so I pulled the trigger on that. Not gonna lie, I'm a little disappointed not knowing when I 'll get them. Would love to know.
