Help me get my core one printing! *assembly issue

I have had my upgrade kit for almost a year now and have yet to finish building it. The problem is the belts - no matter what I do it keeps slipping off the nextruder holder. When I get it attached and try to run it, it slips off again resulting in having to disassemble the entire nextruder and starting over.

So does anyone have any tips that worked for them to keep the belt from slipping out? I was hoping someone could create a tool or maybe a back plate that locks the belts in?

I have already contacted prusa support and was sent a box to send it it for repair only to have the person approving my repair tell me they were going to charge me more than the value of an assembled core one.

ANY help addressing this problem would be HUGE.

RE:

The belts, if routed correctly in the back plate, self-lock. When looped around in the harness, the belt teeth should interlock and prevent the belt from slipping out. I would suggest carefully checking the belt routing as well as how the belts are inserted into the harness that is attached to carriage of the linear rail.

There is no need to create a back-plate or other such device. If routed correctly, the belts should never slip out.

It will help a lot if you post some photos. Otherwise, just have to guess.
