Two suggestions for the Core One team

1. There's no check to ensure you've properly aligned and seated the gantry into the smooth rods when assembling the top half, and worse, because its not connected at both front and back, its easy to think you have - this is probably 1 of 2 reasons why we see so many issues with Y carriage calibration failures.

2. The section in the assembly around placing of the filament sensor cabling with reference to the PFTE tube on the right hand can leave the cable in a position where it interferes with the Y carriage - the other likely cause of Y carriage calibration failures. I actually ended up slipping the cable to the right rather than the left of the pfte tube where there is sufficient room and it perfectly then seats into the edge ready to be zip tied further into position well away from the Y carriage. There's no good reason why the assembly shows the power cable on the inside of the pfte tube, there's plenty of room to place it between the pfte tube and the case.
