Scary Clicking sound in extruder and no extrusion
hey so I had a problem the other day where I had a bunch of brittle filament stuck in the Bowden tube and extruder. After I figured out how to clear it out I did a test print and it went fine but this morning I can’t get it to work and this clicking sound is troubling.

When this happened to me, the clicking was the noise the servo and gears made when it couldn't feed the filament. In my case I had put wood fill through a HF nozzle and it plugged it up. Check for stuck filament or loose pieces of filament in the nextruder that may be jamming it. Also make sure there is nothing hanging up the filament while feeding it in.
