Rear Stepper Motor for Z Axis not moving up evenly

Just got my CoreOne, went to do my first print and I noticed it started printing way to high off the bed. I stopped the print and reset the printer. When the bed reset its Z axis it didn't move evenly leaving the rear portion of the bed lower then the rest and causing the front two to get jammed because of the torque put on it. Manually adjusting the Z Access in the control settings reveals that the Rear Motor doesn't seem to move the bed up at all anymore.

Not a great start, and no clue whats loose or what needs to be adjusted.

RE:

I would reach out to support immediately.  It seems to me that this could be as simple as a poor connection at the control board that could have a trivial fix, or a damaged wire, bad stepper, or board itself. On such a new product, and one that is fresh out of the box, the best thing is to go directly to support for guidance.  They'll want to know if there is failed hardware so they can quickly respond with part or printer replacement.  If it is a simple fix they're better equipped to provide good advice.

Thanks, Yeah I have opened a case. It's strange occasionally it will work fine, I am currently halfway through a 3 hour print no problems, but to get it started it failed to raise the bed, then the Z axis auto leveling failed so it ran the Z Axis Calibration again and then it worked. Support has asked me to check the connection as well. I figured documenting this hear in case anyone else has this issue I can post my resolution once its 100% fixed.
