no filament coming out core one +

I assembled my core one plus and wanted to print that Keychain on the stick there was no filament coming out I assembled everything myself what could be the problem thanks for the help in advance

Not enough information to help you. Could be lots of different reasons. First thing you should do is contact support over chat.
