Need better QA on fasteners
Here’s the worst found so far. I also have a number of m3x6 where several Allen tools won’t go into what looks like an otherwise okay screw head. In some cases I can pound the tool in. some I can’t. has anyone else experienced this fasteners supplied to Prusa lately?

If I remember correctly, there was a single dud screw in my Core One kit. That's par for the course and covered by the spares which Prusa includes in the kit.
It's probably not economical to establish a 100% quality control in the production of screws -- but the failure rate you describe seems excessive. Hopefully just a bad lot? One would expect that the Prusa assembly technicians notice this pretty quickly and alert their manufacturing engineers and buyers.
