Filament stuck in feed tube
I got my Core One last week and have had good success with prints to far. Today as I went to change a spool, the filament broke off where it enters the machine. I've unscrewed where the tube meets the print head and pushed on both sides with some other filament but it won't budge. Do I need to take the machine apart to free the filament? Is there a feeder above where it enters the machine? Any help appreciated.

If the length of filament inside the tube is still intact you need something a little wider than your filament with a blunt end. Disconnect he tube at the print head and temporarily remove the bend. Push the filament through with your blunt ended implement until enough protrudes for you to grip...
If it is not in one piece or if it breaks again you will have to remove the whole tube, straighten it and blow through.
Examine the extracted filament - is it tacky or dusty? If so you may need to clean it. If it is OK, try bending it, damp PLA is very brittle but can usually be resurrected by drying.
Cheerio,
It's not clear - are you trying to remove a stub from the printhead or do you have a length broken off in the flexible tube?
The cause in either case is likely to be damp filament.

The filament is stuck in the flexible tube.

Is the filament still visible in the short piece of tubing directly at the printer's input, right above the spool? If so, you should be able to pull out that tubing (it's a separate short stub), grab and hopefully pull out the filament from there.
If this does not work, you might have to take off the right side panel and open the housing of the filament sensor (which is mounted right above the filament input tube). Sounds like a filament fragment might be jammed inside the sensor.
Getting at the filament sensor is a bit of a fumble -- you will have to remove the screws which hold the orange carrying handle, side panel and filament sensor together, and then pop out the plastic rivets on the right side panel to remove that. The kit instructions also give a good idea of what's going on inside the filament sensor: https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/7-bodywork-electronics_835530#844901 and subsequent steps.

That's what I had to do. Thanks for the help! It's working again.
