Filament not purging, extruder making clicking sound

Hello community:

I loaded brand new prusament on core one plus and printed a few models, and, in the middle of printing, suddenly filament got stuck due to the knot in the filament spooler (the knot appears to be manufacturing issue rather than anything else). Unfortunately thoughm this resulted in the nozzle coming loose and also damage to my steel plate. I removed the nozzle, tried to clean it, but filament was also stuck inside. I heated nozzle and removed as much filament as possible, loaded the nozzle and ran calibration again. Everything worked fine, except that filament wont purge anymore and the extruder makes a clicking sound (see the video). I will appreciate if youc an help how to fix this issue. Is nozzle out of order or still blocked? Are there other issues. How to rectify this and start printing again.
