Filament Detection Issue

Hi, wondering if someone can help. I have recently built my CoreOne+ (Upgrade kit from Mk4). Whenever it is left for more than one day and I go to start a new print it throws an error stating no filament is loaded. The filament is there and remains in place from the previous print. I have to unload and reload the print every time. I am manly using PLA+ so nothing odd/exotic in terms of filament.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing the failure to detect after being left? thanks.

RE: Filament Detection Issue

Can you provide some details about what you're doing?
It sounds like you print an object and just turn the printer off with the filament still inserted.  Power it back on and try to print. If you're doing that (I'll have to try that scenario), it's possible that the filament just needs a bit of a nudge to get it to the point where it can be pulled into the extruder.

If you're doing the typical thing of unloading the filament after a print job completes, then this sounds strange.  I'd suggest checking the filament sensor calibration.

Try rerunning the filament sensor calibration
