Failed Z axis calibration after mk4s -> Core One upgrade
What sort of things should I look into for troubleshooting why the Z axis fails calibration? It seems to make a grinding sound. It is able to move the bed up to the top.

Check if the nozzle is actually hitting the build plate. I had to lower the nozzle a bit to pass the Z axis calibration.

Yes, that was the problem.

Going to piggyback on here as I am having the same issues and tried to lower the nozzle but no luck. I have tried adjusting the trapezoidal nuts and even have a level to check the true of the bed and everything looks good but just will not pass. Any ideas on what else it could be?

Ensure the correct orientation of the trapezoidal nuts.
