Extruder motor shaft stuck
I just assembled a brand new Core one and Ive been scratching my head why the planetary gears dont move. Ive tried multiple times to get the gears right. Turns out its the engine shaft that has been stuck out of the box. It doesnt nudge a bit. Theres no signs of filament blockages anywhere because this is a new machine. What can I do? Ive already assembled it all the way to the finish 😱

If the drive motor shaft is stuck, new, straight out of the box, then your best bet is to contact Prusa support [email protected]

Thanks Abenn, I contacted Prusa and they send me a new extruder motor.
