Door switch catches on the upper left corner
This is the second upgrade I’ve done of a MK4s to Core One +. The first upgrade when well. On this second one, the micro-switch when acts as the door switch doesn’t align with the hole in the frame that the switches roller should come through. It nearly clears it but runs against the upper left corner of the hole. I’m including a photo.
Suggestions on how to fix this? I’ve tried adjusting the adjustment screw behind the switch but that doesn’t help with the misalignment as far and I can tell.

I don't think I can help much, except to say that it looks the same as my kit-built CoreOne+ was initially. For me it sorted itself out when I adjusted it further forward using the adjustment screw, and then passed the open/shut/finger tests without any further problem.
