Core One won't print second layer correctly
Hi all,
our Core One always prints the second layer in a spaghettified manner. I dont know what's the reason. I already changed the nozzle as well as the hot end. Calibrations all were perfect. No settings were changed neither in the printer, nor in the project file. I'll attach a picture to show the problem rather to explain it. Any solution to this would highly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance

What filament did you use? Did you dry it first? Do you get the same with any filament you try?

Also, is the nozzle and heat block correctly inserted into the heatsink? Are the thumbscrews tight?
RE: Core One won't print second layer correctly
Hallo Hyiger,
thanks for the speedy answer. I use Prusament Galaxy Black (PLA), the Nozzle temperature is 230° (first layer) 210° (others), the thumbscrews are tight and I checked nozzle and heatblock more than twice. Maybe a calibration matter? Though I did the calibration too (more than twice). all calibrations were good and passed. If you need further details about configuration I would provide you with that.
