COREXY very skewed

I am at a loss what I should do to rectify this: https://youtube.com/shorts/1_4xvNeD1z8

If I turn the right-side tensioner far enough to pull that in the screw bottoms out and the belt is about 145Hz when checked in the app tuner.

Ive been stuck at calibrating the Y in the setup with this as the result: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/P5GATA01OlY
After which, the machine reboots and gives a red screen with a belt tension/homing error.

Update: printed a Benchy off the usb cuz I needed some enjoyment and now everything calibrates a-ok.

Benchy solves problems.

Updates: I read the 14 page same-ish problem and I went in and re-seated the linear rail bar and readjusted both motor geared pulleys finding that one was not tight at all and the other was upside down.

After fixing those two things and doing a small amount of strong arming, my Y-axis calibration fails but doesnt say why (both belts are at 85 Hz), but I can print.

How would I get the reason for the Y-Axis calibration failure?
