CoreXY assembly issue / tight Y rod

I am assembling the Prusa Core One+ according to the web walkthrough (1.00) - when I was putting together CoreXY thingy, the left rod (the one that is next to Y axis motor) felt a little stiff, but now when I have it all together, it is super stiff and the top left part scratches the frame (the other side coming out of the X motor is moving freely).

See photos, please. It does not look like something that will just be fixed later with some tweaking.

How to fix it at this stage of the build? Ideally with minimal disassembly.

Thank you!

RE: CoreXY assembly issue / tight Y rod

Disassemble the entire assembly and start again! Focus on the position of the screws on the XY-carriage part. For these parts, the screw heads must not protrude above the surface, but must be hidden in the cavity of the part! Judging by the scuffed paint, they are mounted from the other side! The same applies to the motor holders. When reassembling, carefully check everything according to the instructions. Don't rush, you won't be able to assemble in time!

Hello, thank you for your thoughts. I disassembled it and noticed that one of the screws on on the bottom of the guide was actually positioned in the opposite direction then it should have. I checked with the other one did it the same - now it moves fine.

Thank you!
