RE: Bad Printing Area

Hello,

In a CoreXY assuming the gantry has been assembled correctly, the belt tension is all. Too much and the plastic will break an even the belt could break, too less and the print will have bad artifacts.

THINGS TO CHECK:

- inspect all the belts and verify they are not starting breaking in a point.

- inspect all screws of the gantry and check they are firmly fixed.

- inspect that the plastic parts did not have any break

- inspect that the pulleys are able to roll horizontally and they do not swing.

- retune the belt tensions seriously using a mechanical tension gauge like the one I told here in the forum.

I strongly suggest to build the gauge, now more then in the past, since we have a Core One+.

Regards
