Core One - XY reference point seems to fail mid-print

Hello,

I'm having a weird problem where part way through a print, it seems like the printer will lose its XY reference point. I just had a print fail (it's the inside part of a self-watering planter), and as you can see in the video below its printing circles into thin air for some reason, offset from the centre of where it should be by several cm.

The part in question is the InSWPP150.stl file found here: https://www.printables.com/model/249128-self-watering-plant-pot-with-water-indicator/files

It was printed in Prusament PETG, with all default settings, except the fill type is set to concentric. 2 perimeter walls. Plusa Slicer v2.9.3, firmware 6.3.4.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

I don't think the video upload link above worked, so trying again

Also I was printing with the default brass 0.4mm nozzle, in Prusament PETG in Jetblack.
