Core One broken part in shipping
I received my Core One today via DHL. The top plexiglass piece was cracked in the shipping process. How do I order just this piece and the little fasteners that hold it in place?

Keep the box,
Contact support and discuss the damage,
they should ask for pictures and supply replacements

Do make sure that nothing else has been damaged. I recall a couple of reports where at first sight the top plate was cracked, but closer inspection revealed that the frame was also dented and bent -- in one case to the extent that it interfered with the CoreXY mechanism inside.
The cracked plate probably means that the frame was sheared to some extent (i.e. pushed from a rectangular into a parallelogram shape). Even if the XYZ parts are all still movable, they might be under mechanical stress now, shortening their life expectancy, or the dimensional accuracy of the prints may be off.

I had the same issue. Box was perfectly intact but the printer looked to have been dropped before going into the box. I went through the assembly guide (as I had purchased the assembled) and went through the two bottom rails that were bent and sent support a list of everything damaged and they shipped out those parts. While frustrating, I was pleased they took the time to make sure I got all the replacement parts needed pretty quickly.
