Bed leveling fails on large prints

When going to conduct large prints bed leveling fail on the 4th of 48 probes. smaller prints work fine but larger ones fail. I have adjusted the height of the nozzle, cleaned the bed plate, ensured the bed is level, and cleaned the nozzle. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Try running Z Alignment Calibration. Also are you using a textured build plate?

Is that failing probe point in the rear left of the bed? If so, check whether the fan shroud (in the back of the Nextruder) collides with the plastic cover of the heat bed cables, preventing proper contact of the nozzle with the bed.

To avoid the collision, open the plastic cover, make sure the thick heater power cables are not bent upwards, and use screws with low-profile heads instead of the stock M3 screws. (For a quick test to confirm whether this is the issue, you can run the printer without the cable cover.)

Its failing in the center of the build plate. Doesnt appear to be colliding with anything.

What type of filament is it? Is it dry? I'm thinking may wet filament is oozing and crusting onto the nozzle which is throwing off bed mesh. Also, check under the print sheet for any debris between it and the print bed.

What kind of probing pattern does the printer execute? You mentioned the 4th of 48 (or should that be 49?) probes on a large print. Doesn't the probing always start in the back and follow a square grid line by line?

Good point, that would imply somewhere near the print bed cable cover.

Im not sure the pattern. It starts back right, probes 4 spots and fail on the center line towards tha back.

Calibrate Z and use a leveler and check if the plate is level at the lower position and if it remains so at the top.
Had the same issue and the culprit is propably the notorious Z axis screw pitch mismatch.

Fixed it by printing shims to place at the bottom of the screws, it now complains sometimes but after a Z allignment it prints right away.
Previously was impossible to pass the 40+ point calibration.
