Where is my filtration thing??????
It's been 6 weeks since the delivery of the enclosure. I've received NO indication from Prusa that this is incoming to me in particular. I'd appreciate someone from the company looking into the filtration system attached to Order # 1654284190
At least let us know what's going on.

well, that certainly would be great advice if there would be a feasible response.
I have the same issue. Ordered the enclosure + multiple add-Ons in may.
Missing is the following:
- Filtration unit
- LED Strip
- PSU quick connector
NO communication from Prusa whatsoever.
The Chat does not provide any answer other than "sorry, please be patient".
An E-Mail to the suggested email address [email protected] did not trigger an answer.
This is so ridiculous that I'm starting to consider the possibility that with this Prusa is just trying to rip off people. Maybe the success got a little bit into prusa's head...
You simply can't treat otherwise loyal customers like that.
